It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact UnidBooks if the buyer does not receive the book within five days from the sale date. For example if the sale was made on the 1st September 2020, the buyer and seller will have until 23.59 o’clock on the 5th September 2020 to meet up and exchange the book. If the book is not exchanged within this time period the buyer then has a further 24 hour notification period to contact UnidBooks.
